Volunteers unload food at Saint Clare's church rectory April 30, 2008 in Port au Prince, Haiti. The church, headed by Father Gerard Jean-Juste serves about 1,000 people a day. Haiti is currently faced with a major food shortage crisis and is one of a number of countries struggling with the ongoing rise in the cost of commodities. Widespread food riots in Port-au-Prince and elsewhere this month left at least seven people dead.
