A student of a migrant children school attends a class on March 10, 2008 in Wuhan of Hubei Province, China. The school has 200 students who are children of migrant workers. Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said in his government report that steps will be taken to ensure children of migrant workers in cities enjoy the same access to compulsory education as others. Plight of the 'Left-behind Children', who remain behind in countryside as their parents went to cities for work, is specially targeted during China's annual political sessions.
