A man is blindfolded and detainded by the Iraqi Army for questioning after securing a village thought to be a haven for insurgents February 27, 2008 in Diyala Province, Arab Jabar, Iraq. Diyala Province was until recently the geographical headquarters of al Queada in Iraq, where they terrorized citizens and used the strategically located city as a base for operations. With the surge in U.S. troops coupled with the nascent anti al Quaeda Sunni groups, security in Diyala has improved.
