Voters cast their ballots with touch screen voting machines during the first day of early voting in the 2008 presidential primary at the Stephen P. Clark Center January 14, 2008 in Miami, Florida. When Florida's legislature moved its primary to January 29, the Democratic executive committee punished the state by taking away all of Florida's delegates and stopped candidates from campaigning (except to raise money) while the Republicans cut delegate strength by 50%.
