Truckers protest against rising diesel prices in front of the US Capitol in Washington, DC on April 28, 2008 as prices have risen to an average of 4.24 USD per gallon. The truckers say they want Congress to issue an immediate 2 dollars per gallon cap on gasoline, diesel and heating oil prices. Several hundred truckers took part in the demonstration.
